It's a rich tan color. That's great for urban wear or work.I use my pair for urban wear. It's a great quality boot. That felt true to size and width. I would recommend this boot to a friend.

This shoe was made in two models with two different stitch colors; one light, the other dark. My initial pair had a darker stitch which I liked much better. A second look at the picture does show a lighter stitch, but hard to imagine otherwise identical shoes having different stitches without any written indication to this effect.

There is also ample support in the 6" lace-up ankle for hiking or walking over rough terrain.Unfortunately this boot feels a full size larger than marked (there's about an inch between the end of the toe and the tip of the boot).
